New Chick's lung sound wet

I am hoping some one can help me with this. I have a chick which hatched out at noon today that sounds hoarse when it peeps, and its lung don't sound clear when I listen to its breathing. Should I do anything, or will it resolve on its own? I think I had one that sounded like this last time, and it pulled through fine on its own. Thanks everyone.

keep an eye on it through the night hopefully it will clear up on its own and congrats on the hatch!! please let us know how it's doing. thanks
