New chicks not vaccinated for Mareks

Hi there.. i have four 6 week old chicks that had been vaccinated for mareks.. and just recently bought 4 more from a different breeder that did not vaccinate them and im wondering if this will cause me any problems in the future?
I was told they can only be vaccinated as day olds so i wouldnt be able to vaccinate the new ones i have as they are 1 1/2 weeks old.

What are the causes of Marecks and what should i watch out for or make sure i do so that they dont get it. Any advice will be greatly appreciated..

Thanks for that.. but it still doesnt answer all my questions.
Does anyone else have anymore information about mareks?
I just want to do my best to keep my flock happy and healthy!

the link posted by popcornpuppy says that chicks can be vaccinated up to 3 weeks old, although most are vaccinated at one day old in the hatchery.
