new chicks, one with "bent" legs

his feet are curled up,all toes are bent up together , cant really stand up kuz he has no balance, is this going to have to be a cull, or will he maybe make it?

Type in spraddle leg and curled toes into the search bar, several people have had good luck in fixing their babies. It does take some work, so that is up to you if you have the time to do it, otherwise I would say cull, more humane than letting it starve to death. I fixed one with spraddle leg, but then she ended up with more problems than that... and got culled eventually... good luck with whatever you decide!
