The hobby never grows old for me. New chicks in the mail. A grab bag of chicks divided among 3 friends, and now the wonder, which ones did I get. Definitely a couple of the lavender and chocolate orpington. and surely maybe 3 javas? Cream leg bars are in the mix - they will be cute with their tufted heads. BA's are always good, 1 silver leghorn - I wonder who got it.
Always fun to hear the peeping, always glad to see who made it through the night, watch them get active and stronger. Spring is here.
