New Chicks Today! One Won't Open Her Eyes! Help

Hi everyone, just got 6 new chicks today and 5 seem fine, however, one of them won't open her eyes, therefore I don't think she's eating or drinking. Is there anything I should or can do?

Have you tried a warm damp soft cloth to wipe the eyelid and make sure it doesn't have mucus or egg leftover sticking them shut?

I'm so sorry I haven't been on here to look for any responses to my ????...but sad news, she passed away that very evening I tried another brooder, with another chick, I tried feeding sugar water with an eye dropper, but to no avail. And yes I tried wiping her eyes. I contacted the hatchery and they just advised that sometimes it is too stressful for the chicks coming thru the mail. So sad!!!
