Thanks Clucky, he is very nice. He had muddy feet in that picture but his feet are very full and he is a fluff ball. I have them separated and she is laying so I am trying a test batch of eggs right now. Hopefully they will be as cute as he is.

Wow, I learn something new every day. I have never worked with grays either. Michelle, that hen's color is so pretty. Very nice!

Thanks! I snapped a couple of shots of chicks from the same parents but just a month or so older. This is where they actually start to look like greys. I'm really hoping to get a nice roo out of it soon. I guess I shouldn't complain but seems I always get pullets. Now if I wanted pullets I'd get a ton of roos.

Oh, Michelle I can't wait to see how these turn out. I will definitely keep you posted. Hopefully I will get one roo and one pullet or two pullets. I am covered up with roos right now. Thanks again for the pics and to everyone for all the nice comments.

Those look great too!! You and Therealsilkiechick both ended up with a splash roo from my birds. Sadly I am left only with a white frizzle hen and a white roo. I hope to hatch some more white in the spring but I won't have any more splashes for a while (unless I end up with a blue roo, ya never know). Your new chicks look great. Your hatch did well!!!
