new chicks with week old chicks

so 2 of my hens have chicks i gave them last weekend I have another 8 chicks hatching over the next few days can i add them to the hens with the other chicks?

Not usually... One having the first batch and the other the second would have been more ideal. Most often a hen will peck away any newcomers once she has left the nest with the hatchlings. On RARE occasion a hen will defy the odds and accept babes later in the game. I personally would not risk it.
