Hey there 👋🏼

Ok so some of you have seen that I ended up having THREE out of 4 chickens be roosters. Well we live in a subdivision where I couldn’t keep them so we gave them to our friends.

Anyways, that left us with one hen. So we went and got three more babies back in the end of June.

They are 6-7 weeks old and we just moved them outside this week. Our hen has been sitting next to their coop every single day, but we havent introduced them yet,

when and what ages should we let them integrate?
Thanks!

With your one hen setting next to them in the yard I would let them stay like that for at least a couple of weeks. She will still peck at them once they are out in the pen with her but at 8-12 weeks old they should be fine.

Also, can anyone tell if these are in fact all pullets? They were purchased as such so I’m praying they are. There’s three of them 2 red sex links and a black sex link
