new chicks

Have three new chicks, and the second hatch is rough looking. Looks wet (?) , the other two are little fluff balls. One hatched today, one two days ago. I will attach a picture. Is this a problem for this chick?

As long as the brooder is warm enough it will be fine. You could try washing them, but I'd probably wait and see if it eventually fluffy up.
