New chicks

Today I bought six red pulleys from tractor supply and be for I got home two of them died (less then a ten minute ride ) and when I looked at the othier four one doesn't have it's eyes open should I bring them back ?

Tractor supply exchanged them with out a problem and now the are running around lime champions they should start laying in august
