new chicks

my momma hen sat on 7 eggs, 3 have hatched and 3 eggs were no good, I removed the bad eggs, since she still has one good egg under her can I give her 3 new babies to replace the bad eggs. was going to do this at night while she's asleep.

You can probably give her as many chicks as she can cover - they can't count.

not sure, I have some red sexlink, black copper marrans, and a barred rock hens I just gave her a bunch of everyones eggs since she insisted on sitting on some. she still has one egg, I hope it hatches soon
