New Chooks from Australia

I am new to the forum and new to keeping chickens.

I have recently moved to a semi-rural town just outside Sydney, entering in to the Southern Highlands - I finally have quite a bit of space to spare in this new yard so have decided to put some pet chooks in.

I picked up six Silkie chicks a few days ago and am raising them up in a brooder at the moment.
