New Cochin Bantam not eating or drinking much...seems depressed

So we brought home a new Cochin Bantam hen on Saturday night from an auction.
Judging by her condition I'm gonna guess she's at least two years old. Her toe nails were extremely over grown and curling around two or three times, we've since clipped them down to normal.
She weighs 48 oz so I'm guessing part of her problem may be being so grossly overweight for a chicken that's supposed to go about 26 oz from what I've read.
Her comb and wattles are a bit pale.
She doesn't move much except when I walk behind her and sort of move her along. If I reach down and touch her, however she flattens out on the ground and sort of melts into a puddle. Then pops back up in a few minutes if I leave her alone again and just sort of sits there looking all around the yard.
She did have mites which I dusted her for.
And she just picks a little bit at the food, though she does eat bread, crackers, oatmeal, etc. Anything I put in front of her as long as she doesn't have to move far to get it.

I do give everybody fermented feed so she should be getting some good bacteria from that, if I could get her to eat a bit more.
I was going to get some Corid from over at TSC and add that to the water just to be on the safe side but it's not gonna do her any good when the only time I know she's drinking is if I dip her beak into the water.

Oh! one last thing. Her poop is all white and slightly foamy. Not bloody or mucousy at all. Just runny and foamy and white. I don't notice any worms and judging by her disgustingly overgrown nails I have doubts about her ever spending time on the ground scratching where she'd have been able to pick any up. But should I worm her anyway just to be safe? Or would I be over doing it with all this medication?

I'm honestly not even sure, other than the pale comb and wattles if she's even sickly at all or just very docile and terrified of her new overwhelming surroundings. We've had her three days now and she does not seem to be getting any more ambitious or really be interested in picking around the yard or just doing any of the normal "Chicken things" other than sitting there and occasionally hopping up onto a roost to take a nap.

I actually just smashed up a couple of hard boiled eggs and she gobbles them right down. She seems a bit more interested in her surroundings today as long as I leave her totally alone. Now that I'm watching her and the way the other hens interact with each other more closely I think what I was taking for depression and lethargy, her lowering her head looking away and flattening down looks more like THE most submissive chicken I've ever met.

I think I will err on the side of caution and worm her. (Probably wouldn't hurt to do the rest of the flock as well again) and just continue to bribe her with scrambled eggs and keep an eye on her good.

Well, she's been with us for a full week as of tonight. I don't want to get my hopes up with this old girl bit she seems to be improving. Color is coming back in her comb. She's becoming a bit more vocal, fussing and clucking now when I pick her up, where before she just sort of hung there looking all disgusted with life. She is still painfully submissive and shy around the grown hens. But she is quick to put the younger birds in their place and has definitely claimed the part of the run where her little private coop is as her own. I still don't see her drinking really but she must be to still be with us after a week. And she really gets excited over oatmeal, sliced tomatoes, and scrambled eggs. I have my fingers crossed yet that she keeps improving from here on out.
