New coop almost complete...moving day is tomorrow!

Wonderful job. Kudos to you for building a set up big enough for your flock. How many s.f. of ventilation in the coop?

In the very beginning, I remember having to go out at dusk and place the chicks on their roost. I did this for three or four days. After that they followed suit with no problems.
Oh, and I love your setup. Very nice job.

I kept all my chickens in the coop for a few days, and never had to go and get them into the coop or place the on the roost

First time having chickens, excited to finally move these birds outside. Wanted to share the shed style coop I’m building. Getting very close to complete and close enough to move all 17 hens outside tomorrow. Comments and ideas for improvements always welcome!

How long should I keep them locked inside the shed before letting them outside?

Coop dims:
Shed - 14’ x 8’
Outdoor run - 21’ x 14’
