New Coop Arrived Today!!

Our new coop arrived today! We are not done yet still need to add to it the landscaping and preditor proofing around the run , but very excited!! Babies going into brooder on Friday!! He made us a temporary chick rooster bar inside too! If you’re in FL we HIGHLY RECOMMEND this coop company they delivered and set up in the rain during tropical storm Alberto!! This is the medium sized coop, 6-8 hens size. We will have 5 hens. They are on Facebook if interested in dimensions.

Did they add water proof roofing material on the coop part?

Yes they did they tarred and papered in the roof and nest boxes and we will add shingles . We do get rain here a lot. The wood is pt. So waiting to paint for a few months because it’s rainy season now.
