Roughly $400 with paint and trim and hardware. The windows were $40 each. That would save a bunch. That T1-11 siding isn't cheap either! Its about triple the cost of 1/2 plywood. If I was goingto build one to sell id market it for 1k. I would love to do that someday.

Lowes sells a basement storm window with removable glass that is about 14x32 for just over thirteen dollars. It is available from the website special order with free shipping to the local store. That is what I ordered for my chicken tractor.

I would like to know if the nest box leaks... we have had so much rain here. did you seal it some how ?
