New coop floor

I'm building my first coop I'm planning on using Duarock we have left over from a job on the floor.

what are you going to use on top of the durarock boards? It seems it is water resistance not water proof. I used linoleum tiles on mine.

I'm going to put it over plywood putting linoleum over is a good idea. Thanks
