New coop for the silkies

I have just built a new coop for our rescue silkie. How many square feet of coop space do they need? How many square feet of run do they need? This one does not seem to be as big as the chickens I have.

Silkies are not standard size chickens (you going to get small eggs, but they are yummy!) I do recall reading 4 sq ft of space per standard size chicken in a coop. I think it's been said that you can do 3 sq ft per bantam size chicken in the coop. I want to say 8-10 sq ft in the run per bird.

Our coop is going to be 4' x 5 1/2' feet and I have 5 silkies. I think we can fit 2 more... I hope!

They'll have a small 4' x 5' run under the coop... but they free range all day, and are only in the run until I come out in the morning to feed water and free them
