....And boy, are we exhausted!
We decided to get our 4 Black Australorp hens out of the "Frost-Bite Motel" they have been living in for the past 2 years and into a REAL coop. From the ground clearing to the sign hanging, it took us 2 full weeks of daily work to finish it. We hustled every day and finally it is done! Got the girls in the other day and they are adjusting well. Even the egg laying has not been disrupted. The coop itself is 6'x8' and the attached run is 8'x12'. I just love this new coop!!
