Beautifully done... the coop looks like a charming playhouse. It's perfect for the hot southern summers. A nice breeze through the coop, and all those leafy trees for shade. There's just something about trees that keep the temps down so much better than a tarp.

The color scheme is perfect, and the run looks awesome!

How do you lock the windows closed? It must be from the outside, I'm curious. The windows look wonderful.

If you don't mind, I have a suggestion for you. If you cover the part of the run that is closest to the coop, when it is raining, your girls can still hang out outside and they won't track in as much mud and dirt either.
