So I finally got my new girls their coop built and they went out for the first time today! My second flock which is my newest flock has been living inside for two months now. This flock consist of One bantam cornish Gloria, Two silkies Heather and Maple, and one bantam orpington Krispy. I bought the coop as a kit on hay needle but never got around to building it until this week! I love the coop all except for a few things. One being there is no door to shut to coop (I will be using a piece of plywood). Two being the ramp is very steep for bantams. the last coop I bought had the same issue so this was to be expected but for now I will be having to put the silkies in the coop every night because they cannot get up it. other than that the chickens love the coop and so do it . Here are a few pictures of the coop and chickens!

Put a concrete block, or something, under low end of ramp to reduce steepness..
...and add some more cleats, double the number already there by adding a cleat between each existing cleat.
