Amazing s/o built me this new coop. Trying to decide if I should cover the ply wood and if so with what? To protect from poo and staining. Thank you in advance.

Some people paint with black jack coating for extra protection.
Per Blackjack, it takes 10 to 14 days to cure properly, thus why I didn't use the 5 gal bucket I bought. Mentioning that, I need to return that sucker and get my money back as I never used it.
 
I laid down a cheap sheet of linoleum flooring on the coop, it has lasted so far for 7 years. And it still looks great. I didn't glue it down but I used trim to hold it down. I just painted the coop before moving the flock into the coop.
