We took many ideas from BYCers. It was a lot of work! But it surpassed my wildest chicken coop dreams! My hubby said the judge would side with him in D court if we ended up there over it! He would just have to show him pictures. Many days, he would tell me what to do on the coop and try to do his job at his shop at the same time. You can imagine how that went! We did it though and we are both enjoying it and the chickens now!

Tips for planning to building your own:
schedule 2x the time, 5x the $, and build your dreams. It will be worth it!
