    My favorite shot is the crane. Who knew you could get that sort of help for only $100???
    Pretty serious lumber used -- I can imagine that it was extremely heavy.
    You should be very proud - nice work!

    I love the pull out nest boxes. Wish I had thought of that. Maybe its not too late to incorporate that in our design.

    we hire a crane each year to launch our boat. its around $125 per hour here, but sometimes you can cut a deal with the operator if you are quick.
