New Coop?

I am thinking about building (maybe buying) a new coop to begin a small egg business at the local farmers' market. Our current chicken coop only houses up to 8-10 hens. What would be the average cost to build a coop for 20-30 chickens? Anyone know where I could find plans for chicken coops?

How about a 12 X 12 Shed with some nest boxes built as an add-on to one of the sides. That is going to be about the size you need to house 30 full sized birds. A mini barn if you will.
