New 'cooper' in the Edmonton area

Hey all,
Our little guys are about two weeks old now and we are slowly making the transition from the brooder to the coop. We homeschool our kids, and raising chickens evolved out of extensive research into both commercial food production and self-sufficiency; a large backyard garden and a small coop resulted. Anybody in the Edmonton area? Looking forward to hangin' with like-minded people!
