New Country Organics or DIY chicken coops feed

They both have organic soy free feed but for very different prices. I’m trying to figure out why there is such a big difference. New country organics 50lb chick starter is $31.50 plus shipping and the other company charges $59.99 for 50lbs with free shipping. Has anyone used either company?

The more expensive price has "free" shipping cost built in. If you figure in the shipping cost to the cheaper price, how much of a difference is there?
