Ive had chickens for about 8 months now. Totally inlove!

(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
At this moment, i have a flock of 10. And 18 eggs in an incubator

(3) What breeds do you have?
3 easter eggers
1 Delaware
1 buff orpington
4 barn yard mixes

Im a wife to my high school sweet heart! Going on 9 years of marriage, 13 years of love. We have two beautiful children, 5 and 2. We have two mangy mutts who are spoiled beyond belief and as of 2 days ago, weve welcomed a cat into the family.
We love homesteading

I hope you enjoy being a BYC member. There are lots of friendly and very helpful folks here so not only is it overflowing with useful information it is also a great place to make friends and have some fun.

If you would like to share pictures and stories of your flock, you have come to the right place. BYC’ers never tire of these and do not back away slowly or commence eye rolling when the photo album or home videos come out ;)
