New Diet

Ok I admit I fell off the diet and re-gained some weight. I gained back 9 pounds.
The stress of working away from home has not helped, but I am re-starting the diet again today.

I just had to tell myself I can get back on board and finish my goal.
Just had to admit I am a carb addict and will have to deal with that in my weight fight.
Figure if I could kick the snuff habit I can kick this too.
 
Hope you get back in the mode quickly. I came across an article that reviewed a study on carb calories vs. fat calories.The people who had low fat diets lost less than those with higher fat(or low carb). Each group had the same TOTAL calories,but the source of the calories was different. My friend loses weight on an atkins type.Me, I eat vegetarian meals.

Good to just get back into it rather than say," Oh well I gained,so I give up!" I gained all my weight back,and dh never misses a chance to make fun of me.Sad that people get off on anothers struggles.

Congratulations! You know its important some exercise and most of all... change your food habits. Add some Nushape and you will get there in no time.
