New duck Mom with injured duck

When I came home from work in Monday one of my 4 week old ducks had managed to get her leg stuck in a hole in the floor broader.Since then she has had trouble walking. Feet are crossed and she is shaky and doesn't go far. From everything I have read rest and water and vitamins will help. What kind of vitamins and how much should I use and should I separate her from her 5 siblings until she heals?

Is she on chick starter? If so be sure to supplement niacin by adding brewer's or nutritional yeast to her food.
