the larger one came from a friend who purchased from a flea market and the younger 3 came from a local farm I never thought to ask what breed they wereAgreed, based off the photos. The older one looks like it could be a blue Magpie.
Notafanofpets, where did you get them from? That may help narrow down what breeds they are.
thank youWelcome! They are such cuties. The younger three, one is a Saxony, and the other two look like Pekin. Not sure about the older one. Best of luck with your new flock.

Welcome to the community!Hello everyone! I have recently became a first time duck mom, not by choice, but so glad I have them. I have 1 duckling that looks to be about 3-4 weeks old, I didnt want it to be lonely so last week I added 3 new ducklings that are 1 week today. I've been reading post on this site all week to learn about caring for them. As of now they are in my a play yard on the front porch. OMGOSH they are MESSY! This was the safest place until I can get them a duck house built.
Other than being a duckmom, I am mom and stepmom to 7 kids. I have 4 girls( 12, 13 20, 22), 3 stepson(16,19,21) and 2 grandbabies 2 and 9 months.
I included pics, can anyone tell what breed they are?
