New ducklings breathing concerns..

Hello! I just hatched these babies myself a couple days ago so this one is 3 days old and she is a Kkaki Campbell duckling and I can hear her breathing like I can hear it and she is breathing (sounds a little squeaky) but it sounds like she’s having a little trouble but other than that she is acting normal. I noticed this when I let them swim in a little dog dish yesterday. She also like sneezes a little.. well it’s more of like a blow out of her nose. Idk what is going on it just concerns me, especially because she is so new to the world. If anyone can help me I’d love to hear from you.

Maybe her nose needs to be cleaned out...? Idk.
I have some probiotic/ Electrolyte stuff in their water to start them off.
