If the hatchery already has albino animals in their stock, it would be fairly common to hatch out more albinos.

Sad to report that Steve the albino failed to thrive and crossed the rainbow bridge during his first night
No idea wether it was the stress of moving home or problems related to being an albino.
We got home and they all went straight into the brooder & tried not to disturb them for the first 24-48 hours other than to check food & water.
He seemed to be fine when I went to bed but by morning he was already dead along with one of the girls
We now only have the 5 girls but so far they are all looking fine
