can I use this, I went to publix and i saw this Bob's Red Mill Active Dry Yeast , thought i would ask before i get it.  my health food store is closed today

No. Not any type of baking yeast. That is to make things rise. No dry yeast or quick rise or anything in the baking section. You need brews yeast or nutritional yeast. It will be in the health food section or bulk. GNC and specialty stores will have it as well as amazon. It may also be in with the vitamins.

I would get a book like Storey's Guide to Riasing Ducks and read this https://www.backyardchickens.com/t/750869/raising-and-caring-for-ducklings Congrats on the ducklings! They grow soooooo fast so be prepared.

I recommend that book to every duck keeper!
