We had two drakes that were brothers.
One recently passed away.
We didn't want our drake to be alone so we found two adult female Pekins.
Our drake is being shy. He runs out of the coop when the girls go in.
He is sleeping inside with us at night in a dog crate until they get used to each other.
The girls are not tame at all. Our drake is very tame and walks right into our house into his kennel to sleep.
Is there anything we can do to aid in his acceptance by the girls?
Also, other than food and exposure, how do you tame an adult duck?
