new ducks...

my boyfriends brother had two ducks...he brought them over to our house because of the two huge ponds we have...they of course run when i go near them...since they r just getting established and all....but they r very scrawny...so i put some of my duck feed into a container and put near the water where they have been laying...so what else can i feed them so plump them up like my two??? anything special??

Maybe loads of treats and some greens? Like some peas or take a watermelon and cut it in like 6's and throw it out for them. Romain lettece would work to.

Mealworms! Those little things can't climb even an inch upward if the surface is a 90 degree angle and perfectly smooth, so it's easy to find a dish that you can put some out in.
