I just ordered two ducks, a make Cayuga and a female welsh harlequin! My sister lost her crested Cayuga a week ago due to our neibors cat;(. So we decided to order some new ducks. They will Arive June 22 and I am so excited

But I have to ask are you preparing to put your new ducks in the same situation where this cat could kill again? How old was the crested Cayuga the cat killed?

I believe she was only 2 months old and we have talked to the ladie and have arranged for her to keep her cat inside the Ducks will be in an in closure for their first 2 weeks and then another i in closure that input side and will be able to free roam during the day. We live on a lake so they will be able to go swim when ever they feel like it.
