My Easter Egger just laid her first egg and it’s been 7 hours since she laid and she’s been making sad noises non stop and her tail is pointed down. She seems off and seems like she’s hurting. She’s walking around slowly. Is she just hurt from laying her first egg? Is it possible she’s egg bound? It’s the not the same noises as her egg song. She’s in her coop for the night and I can still hear her softly making noises. :(

Was it a normal size egg with a firm shell? Have you checked her vent to see if it looks normal? If she laid a normal egg than she shouldn't be egg bound.
Is she eating and drinking normally?

New layers can act a bit off, but walking around slowly with the tail down is a bit concerning.
She may have another egg on the way. If possible, I'd go out and give her 300mg Calcium Citrate+D3 now, then once daily for the next 3-5days. See if this helps her expel the egg.

Just pull down on her wattles, pop the tablet into the beak and let her swallow.
