We raised Americauna chicks from the egg stage. I have 11 pullets/hens. (I'm new at this). We have to Roos and other breeds around the farm. This morning one of my 5 month old Americaunas was on an empty nest. How do I know if she is a first timer struggling to lay her first egg or broody?
