I'm new to the site. I have been checking into raising chickens on a small scale here in my suburban backyard. I'm checking into the rules that the city of Kettering, Ohio has about raising chickens. From what I've read in the newspaper, I should be able to do this. Would raise them primarily for small scale egg production for my personal use. Might go into the meat chicken route later. Anyone on the forum from Kettering Ohio?
I'm really enjoying what I've seen in the site so far.
