I spoke to Sean at Black Mount Feed about it last yr. He said I could use his parking lot should I ever decided to do one. I have never even been to one soo there for I wouldn't have a clue how to go about it.

the main thing is to get the word out that you are having a swap and the time and date. try to plan it at least 2 weeks ahead, post on CL, in free print ads, at the store, and on here. then go set up on swap day and hope people show up. being that it's getting cold, you might want to start in the spring but this will give you planning time. in maine, we start about end of march/early april.

What about paperwork? Yes I will consider trying to do something like this next yr. It is too chilly here now.

thank you

If you are in NH check with Cindy at the Dept. of AG. She will help you out.

Don't know what you all are seeing, but the cold really jump-started the colors along Rt 4 between Concord and Portsmouth. Not too many brights yet, but a big change from last week.
