i used ta love winters in maine,,,,it meant that i spent all day in the boat shop,,nice, warm,,,,,then RUN home to the fire. hehe

i used ta have 1 too,,,,and doesnt it seem like at 6:00pm its time to start plowing?,,man i remember spending DAYS in that truck

Cold weather means firing up the woodstove, I look forward to the burning season, I love a fire!

I had a singke chick hatch last Monday, it is doing well despite being all alone.

That is good that it is doing well. I love a fire in the wood stove too, but I don't have to like this time of year un ! Spring time is great for a fire in the stove and a pot of beans in the oven.

I am not mechanical and DH is 2 hours away for his work and it leaves me to snowblow and shovel.
So I'll sit in my corner and be fussy

How do folks in the NE area deal with seasonal depression?
