New Englanders! Much ado about New England!

I hate the snow. We depend upon it for $$ (we plow) My dh calls it money falling from the sky. the1much how can you miss plowing? Its cold wet bumpy stressfull and most of the time a sleepless thing? LOL
 
It is very cold here dont even know what it is with the wind chill just getting us all ready for what is to come. Yuckk

Our weather seemed to improve when I took down our outdoor thermometer (years ago)!

Except we had snow flurries today and also lost power half the day......didn't get much done, other than to grab a cat & cuddle & wait for warmth & water...it's back on now!

Nah, it comes from being a Mainer! I know, I'm married to one. He's a polar bear, complains when the heat is on in the house, he thinks 68 degrees is too hot. Well, I don't have the body insulation, to me it's comfortable - just today I reminded him that houses were supposed to be warm, not cool like caves

You may find a whole lot of New England Chicken people on your doorstep living in a tent city just because you keep rubbing it in!!! LOL...(LOL, not sure that was the right response....but yeah, yeah, LOL, just kidding, really)
We have had a fire in the furnace for atleast 3 weeks now and a couple inches of snow up in the mountains that I live at the base of! Ewwwwwwwwie.

I guess this weekend I need to get the tractor out, change oil, check the chains and radiator fluid.
Thats where most ladies have the luck, their hubbies do the outside stuff, I have my DH home 3 days a week and I do the tractor stuff.
ah well, its great, atleast I know how to take care of things!
