New Englanders! Much ado about New England!

Too funny ChickensInTheNorthWoods - but this summer I bet we'll all complain about the heat!

Congrats on your new chicken children TcherDawn! That is a wonderful Mother's Day gift! But I doubt your MIL feels they will pass as "granddaughters"....(speaking from experience).

My MIL cooked up a bunch of turkey legs yesterday - a sure sign she didn't want me around, she knows I don't eat birds!

Hi every one, I am not real new, but just have been on here more lately. I live in North Brookfield.

And while I am on here, does any one use craiglist. I contacted someone about a dog and they never got back to me. I can't stand wondering, did they get rid of the puppy already, or maybe they didn't get my email.

I am going nuts looking for a bigger dog. I can't afford these prices the breeders charge, and I have checked our local shelter, there are no puppies.

Maybe I should just give up and it will happen. I just feel so bad, I have two active boys who would love an active dog. I have two little ones, but they just like to eat sleep and bark. And they are not too crazy about the kids.

Well I is nice to see so many people from new england, I was beginning to think every one was from out west or something.

I haven't had great luck selling birds on CraigsList.

One guy wanted to buy as many birds as I had available as a LOT.

I didnt think that was a good sign.

Who knows where they would end up

Hey, know anyone that needs a nice 1 month old Lite Brahma roo? I have 2...only 1 hen. geesh. I'll have him available for anyone who is interested. If someone twisted my arm I have 3, two roos and 1 pullet and I will get rid of the pair.

Hello everybody!
