It's basically a get together for people to swap/trade/sell/buy poultry. Shay's had several now and they are pretty good. I've been to two of the four (started in April 2010) she's had so far. Usually, there are chickens, ducks, geese, quail (hmmm, what else???) for sale.

Check out this thread, it's the "official" thread for her Ingleside Farm Chickenstock. This thread is very long and is basically a continuation from the first one in April. The most recent info for the next one on Sunday July 18 starts around post # 1498 (page 150).
