I have never been a member of any type of forum but I love all the ideas, advice and funny stories from everyone so I figured why not. My baby's are a couple months old now and I think one is a rooster. Much bigger come than the others. Any thoughts?

Hi :welcome

Glad you could join the flock! I too don't do any other forums or even Facebook!! All I need is right here on BYC. You have certainly come to a fabulous place to make lots of new friends and have lots of laughs. As for your chick yes could possibly be a roo depending in breed. You could post some pics in the what breed gender section. Here is the link ~ https://www.backyardchickens.com/f/15/what-breed-or-gender-is-this
I'm sure lots of other members will be able to help you sex your bird.

Wishing you the very best of luck and enjoy BYC :frow

At this point in time, I do think it is a cockerel. You can get more opinions if you post photos at "what breed or gender is this." Whatever he/she is - it's one beautiful bird.
How old?

I don't do other forums either, this one has everything I need and want...information, fun, great photos, nice members, etc. There's something for everyone here.

Good luck to you with your flock!

Welcome to BYC. Glad you decided to join our flock. Given the size of your pictured chick's comb and wattles at 2 months, you have a cockerel. If you haven't done so already, definitely check out our Learning Center at https://www.backyardchickens.com/atype/1/Learning_Center. There is loads of useful information there. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have. We are here to help in any way we can. Good luck with your flock.
