New findings on leg injury

Do you have a rooster? They can cause leg injuries by squashing the hen in a weird position. Had that happen a couple times. Other than that, if you're sure she's laying and her abdomen is pliable and not bloated, I don't know. Wish I could be sure. Check her hock joint for swelling or infection.
 
When I have an ovely rough younger roo, sometimes I separate HIM, and let him in just for breeding time and then pull him out, until he learns to moderat some, and the pullets get a chance to mature more. Hope your hen does alright. I had a roo get a leg injury last fall, and he is still recovering, but still not quite right. He's on the disabled list for a while still as he heals. Ended up have'n to put her down, she was drag'n her leg and couldn't reach food or water.
