Hi every one. I just thought I would show my new bator and maybe give some ideas to anyone else building one. This site was a big help for me when thinking of ways to design mine. I was wanting to post pictures, but need some help. When I click on the image button, nothing happens. Do I need to have a minimum amout of posts before this is enabled? Thanks for the help....Pics are here:D

To upload a pic.. first of all click on the UPLOADS tab above, second you will click the browse button and select the image on your computer that you want to upload. Next click submit... it will take a sec to upload... After it uploads you will see a thumbnail of your image with two boxes.. Thumb and Image. Copy everything in the Image box, then simply paste that link in your forum post. The text in the image box will look something like this
img]https://www.backyardchickens.com/forum/uploads/67636_duckies2.jpg[/img] (the first img will have a [ bracket it front)

That above will result in this.

. Mine is a smaller one too ( about 3' high x2.5'x2.5') Holding steady at 99.5. I removed the cooling coils from mine in the rear, cut hole in back of freezer section to mount fan/thermostat. below freezer there is about 1.5" lip on back wall. I cut this out and using some plexiglass I had around made a false back and drilled a bunch of holes in it to distribute air evenly. I have a water tray that sits in freezer compartment for humidity. In this I put a float out of an old pig water bowl I had to keep water level steady. I made trays using some scrap rod I had and put egg cartons in them for eggs. (two trays holds 96 eggs). I linked these together with a piece of rod and ran another rod through the top for turning without opening the door. When I figured out how much angle I wanted to turn, I drilled holes in the rod to insert a clip to hold it in place. Hope that helps a bit.
