New frizzle bald head!

Hello everyone
I acquired 2 frizzles from a family member one of the is bald previous owner stats she may have gotten picked on. The other one is fully feathered. Although was living alone prior to coming to me because she was also getting picked on.
Is there something I can do to help her grow her feathers back quicker?

I’ve never heard of it, but these birds are now by themselves for quarantine then I hope to introduce them to my current 2 girls
