New from Arizona!

I'm a long time reader and first time poster from Chandler, Arizona. We just got 4 chicks 3 weeks ago. Two Americaunas, one Buff Brahma and one Light Brahma. All four Pullets. Although they will be pets for laying eggs; we named them after our favorite chicken dishes. The Americaunas are Marsala and Fajita and the Buff Brahma is Cordon Bleu and the Light Brahma is Parmesan.
My wife, daughter and I have found this site full of information and look forward to contributing to it more in the future.

Please come to the "Where are you? Where am I?" Section and find a bunch of us on the Arizona Chicken's thread.

And if you want to keep them alive this summer, you'll put their coop into the SHADE (for most of the day) and provide lots of cool water.
